At Aberdeen Black it is our passion to produce a tender, tasteful and consistent product. We carefully select the cattle which will provide the best meat, irrespective of breed type, in order to deliver juicy tenderness.
The first recorded import of Hereford cattle to Australia was in 1825, while eight Black Cattle were unloaded at the Hobart Town docks in Tasmania on the 20th January, 1824. Hereford and Angus Cattle have been an important part of the Australian beef industry ever since and we strive to continue this tradition of seeking and supplying the very best to discerning customers.
